Q. How do I create an account?

Q. How do I place order?
A. To place order, you have to follow these simple steps:
- Once you've added your favorite products in the cart, click on the shopping cart on the top right corner of the page.
- Agree with the terms and conditions to continue the check out process.
- Click on 'Check Out' to proceed.
-Login if you already have an account or register if you are new. Enter your details.
- Select the payment method and lastly, place the order.
Q. How I know if my order is received by Plushmink or confirmed?
A. Once you have placed the order. You will receive a confirmation call or email.
Q. What payment options are available?
A. You may pay us through following payment methods:
- Cash on Delivery (COD)

Q. What are the delivery charges?
A. We offer flat shipping of Rs. 295/- applied per order to all over Pakistan.
Q. What is the delivery time of my order?
A. Your Order will be shipped within 5-7 working days after the confirmation.
Q. What channel do you use for delivery of my order?
A. We use third party courier companies for the delivery of your order.
Q. What if I want to return an item, will be my money be refunded?
A. We do not offer refund on the returns. However, your item will be exchanged if you receive an item that is damaged due to mishandling while delivery.
Q. Can I exchange an item?
A. Yes, an item can be exchanged within the time period of 7 working days.
